 We are a USA-based IT Managed Services Provider with extensive experience supporting hotels and hospitality businesses across the United States.

We currently operate branches in Costa Rica and are now expanding into Kenya. Our Costa Rica team has built a strong track record providing reliable, high-quality IT support to our USA clients. We are actively looking for independent contractors, partner organizations, and talented IT professionals in Nairobi to join our growing Kenya team.

Once fully established in Kenya, we will provide specialized IT support and managed services to hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses across Nairobi and other parts of the country.

Contract TypeAll positions are offered as Independent Contractor agreements. Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations and statutory contributions (NSSF, SHIF, etc.).

Open Roles / How to Apply:

We are actively recruiting for the following Independent Contractor positions to support the launch of our Nairobi operations at Nairobi Garage (Pinetree Plaza, Kaburu Drive off Ngong Road, Kilimani):

  • Operations Manager – Lead and coordinate the local team, manage schedules, and ensure high productivity.
  • Executive Assistant / Office Manager – Provide administrative support, handle office operations, and assist with coordination between Kenya and US teams.
  • Desktop Support Technician (Level 1 & 2) – Deliver first-line technical support, including password resets, Office 365 administration, and desktop troubleshooting.
  • Senior Network Administrator – Provide advanced network support, manage infrastructure (switches, Wi-Fi, Active Directory), and supervise junior technicians.

These roles will primarily support our existing USA clients while helping us establish a strong operational base in Kenya. All positions are fully on-site at our coworking space in Kilimani.

We offer competitive monthly contractor fees, flexible collaboration with our Costa Rica and US teams, and excellent opportunities for professional growth in an international MSP environment.
