The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth (TLC) runs family-services and school programs across six locations — its main campus in Audubon, PA, plus sites in Berkshire and Bluebell, PA, Exton, PA, Columbus, OH, and Milwaukee, WI. That footprint means TLC needs the IT reliability of a school system and the budget discipline of a nonprofit, at the same time, across multiple states.

As TLC added locations — including a move into a newly renovated building at 1100 Adams Ave and a separate build-out in Exton, PA — each site needed its own wired and wireless network, while the organization as a whole still needed one consistent standard for security, email protection, and day-to-day support. A rotating cast of local vendors at each site wasn't going to deliver that consistency, and a nonprofit budget doesn't stretch to a full internal IT department covering three states.
At the Audubon campus, we installed a new firewall, core and access switching, a fiber uplink between wiring closets, and 20 wireless access points sized for up to 250 devices. A separate build-out in Exton, PA added its own firewall, wireless network, server, and battery-backed power.
A WNS technician is on-site in Pennsylvania one day a week and in Columbus, Ohio every other week, backed by 24/7 remote monitoring and support for every location in between — including Berkshire, Bluebell, and Milwaukee.
We manage Microsoft 365 mail filtering and account security across TLC's locations — over 45 accounts at the Columbus campus alone — screening phishing and malicious mail before it reaches staff inboxes.
A partnership that's grown alongside TLC as they've added buildings and locations, instead of restarting with a new vendor every time.
Whether it's a school computer in Audubon or a mailbox issue in Columbus, TLC calls one team that already knows their network.
Networks and licensing built to add locations, staff, and devices without re-engineering what's already in place.
We'll build a consistent IT standard across every site — without a nonprofit-sized budget having to stretch to an enterprise-sized problem.
