Platform Assurance includes software and security updates, supported PMS connector maintenance, reporting access, configuration backups, platform support, and replacement of a covered failed gateway while coverage remains continuously active.
Covered replacement provides an equivalent or better gateway within the purchased tier. The property agreement defines coverage, exclusions, shipping, onsite labor, and response terms.
