Most cabling contractors pull the wire and leave. World Network Systems is a Philadelphia-area IT company, so we plan cabling around the network that will run on it — and we're often the team supporting that network for years afterward.
From our office at Two Bala Plaza, just over the city line, we install commercial network cabling across Philadelphia: Center City offices, West Philadelphia nonprofits, schools, and hotels that stay open while we work.
Whether you need one more network drop or a full office buildout, you get the same process: run it, terminate it, test it, label it.

Plenum-rated CAT6 for desks, phones, printers, copiers, and time clocks — from one new drop to hundreds.
Singlemode fiber between floors, closets, and buildings, with fiber patch panels and 10-gigabit uplinks.
Network closets built with racks, patch panels, and clean cable management, sized with room to grow.
Dedicated runs for ceiling-mounted access points, planned with our Wi-Fi design team for real coverage.
PoE cabling for IP cameras and door readers, installed alongside our surveillance and access control systems.
New hires, relocated printers, office reconfigurations — tested and labeled so your documentation stays accurate.
Philadelphia has some of the oldest commercial building stock in the country. Running cable through a finished, occupied building is a different job than wiring new construction — and it's most of what we do.
When Bebashi moved 56 employees into a new two-floor office at 4101 Woodland Avenue in West Philadelphia, there was no network infrastructure at all. WNS installed 141 CAT6 plenum runs, built two IT closets, and connected the floors with a 10G singlemode fiber backbone — all tested and labeled before move-in day.
We also recently ran new plenum cable drops for RHD (Resources for Human Development), a Philadelphia nonprofit we support for organization-wide IT.
We visit the site, trace pathways, and find your network closets and problem areas.
A clear scope: drop locations, cable type, closet work, and schedule.
Clean routing and terminations, worked around your staff, students, or guests.
Every run tested end-to-end, labeled at both ends, and documented.

Beyond Philadelphia, we've also completed cabling projects in Columbus, OH; State College, PA; and Milwaukee, WI. See where we've installed cabling →
Both. We'll come out for a single new network drop for a new hire, printer, access point, or camera, and we also wire entire offices, like the 141 CAT6 runs we installed for Bebashi in West Philadelphia.
Our standard is solid-copper, plenum-rated CAT6 for data, voice, Wi-Fi, and devices, with singlemode fiber between network closets and floors where copper isn't enough. We don't take CAT5e shortcuts.
Yes. Most of our Philadelphia cabling work happens in buildings that are open for business: offices, schools, nonprofits, and operating hotels. We route through drop ceilings, finished walls, and existing pathways and work around the people inside.
Yes. Every run is tested end-to-end and labeled at both the jack and the patch panel before we call the job done, so future moves and troubleshooting take minutes instead of hours.
We're based at Two Bala Plaza in Bala Cynwyd, just outside the city line. We install network cabling throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, including the Main Line and Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Chester Counties.
Yes. Because we're a full IT company, we can install the switches, firewall, and Wi-Fi access points that run on the cable, then monitor and support the network afterward. One company owns the job through completion.
One drop or a whole building — tell us about the project and we'll scope it.
